During the beginning of covid pandemic, I had an obsession with French macarons. When I discovered they’re one of the hardest pastries to make, I took the challenge and started experimenting in my own kitchen. I spent countless hours refining recipes but I was driven by my commitment to share the magic of French macarons with others. Today, I pour my heart and soul into every batch of macarons I create. I use the finest ingredients, sourced from around the world, and infuse my own creativity into the innovative flavors I offer. Whether it's a unique yuzu macaron, or a seasonal surprise, each one is made with love and care.
